AshEL “Seasunz” Eldridge, MA. Transpersonal Psychology, originally from Chicago, now resides in Oakland, Ca. He is the founder of Soulestial Church, a sacred activist movement providing medicinal music, workshops, and ceremonies for healing the people and the Earth. He is also the founder of Earth Amplified, both a roots, rap, and reggae band and is a creative multimedia organization and collective, creating art that awakens. AshEL was a Northern California Leadership and Media Manager with the Alliance for Climate Education and a Green For All Fellow. He spent a year teaching Climate Justice, Race, and Activism at San Francisco State University and teaching emotional-social learning with middle school students with the anti-bullying organization Soul Shoppe. He is a co-founder of United Roots – Oakland’s Green Youth Arts and Media Center and the founder of SOS Juice. S.O.S (System out of our System) Juice, a a non-profit/for profit promoting health equity, social entrepreneurship, and spiritual liberation. Currently, He serves on the board of Hip Hop is Green, an international plant based organization promoting the 10th Element of hip-hop: Health and Wellness.

Music: He currently plays with the Dogon Lights, Earth Amplified, and the Soulestial Church Band. He has toured w/ or opened up for Bassnectar, Will.i.am, Erykah Badu, Stephen and Damian Marley, Steel Pulse, Van Jones, Marianne Williamson, Midnite, Nneka, Dead Prez, KRS-1, Warrior King, Blackalicious, Anthony B, Ozomatli, Killah Priest, Zion I, Brother J from X-clan, Wisdom, The Genie, Michael Franti, Jason Mraz, Glitch Mob, Jens Jarvie, Sam Garret, and others.
