Earth Amplified Music
Earth Amplified is a roots and bass music collective that encompasses producers such as J-Bless (Brooklyn) and DJ Tuffist (Barcelona), emcees/vocalists such as Seneca (Oakland), Ambessa the Art (Oakland), Wes Restless (Chicago), AshEL Seasunz (Oakland), and other musicians from around the globe. This is movement music with a message that spans from Afrobeats to dancehall to hardcore hip-hop.
June 21, 2010 was the day that the seminal “Green Hip-Hop” album, namesake Earth Amplified, exploded on the underground hip-hop scene. With features from Zumbi (Zion I), Killah Priest (Wu-Tang), West Restless (Chicago), and Yousouppha Sidibe it is a rich offering often considered a classic.
