(A Three-Night Retreat)
From Source to Song
Moving from Performance to Transmission
“Oh Great Spirit: remove from me the things that block my usefulness to You. Remove from my day all thinking that is out of harmony with Your ways. Grant me Your peace and allow me to function as a hollow bone.”
— Frank Fools Crow, Lakota Ceremonial Chief
(01) The Gathering
Hollow Bone is an intimate three-night retreat for musicians, artists, and creatives seeking to reconnect with the deeper source of their expression.
Set among the forests of Northern California, we gather in a small circle to slow down, quiet the noise, and remember ourselves as instruments of creativity, relationship, and presence.
This retreat is not about perfecting performance. It is about becoming a hollow bone — a clear vessel through which music, creativity, and life can move more freely.

(02) Who It's For
Whether you have spent years performing or have only recently discovered your voice, Hollow Bone creates space to listen deeply and begin again.
(03) Ways We Practice Together
Throughout our days together we may explore —

(04) From Performance to Transmission
Much of our culture teaches us to perform. Hollow Bone invites us to practice transmission.
Rather than striving to impress, we cultivate the conditions for listening. Rather than asking what we should create, we ask what wishes to move through us.
Together we explore music not only as art, but as relationship — with ourselves, one another, the Earth, and spirit.
(05) After the Music Settles
Each experience is unique.

The Invitation
This is a place to listen deeply.
To remember the song that has always been waiting.
To rediscover creativity not as performance, but as relationship.
To become a hollow bone through which life can sing.
