Individual Practice · Contemplative
A contemplative spiritual practice centered on offering Divine Light as an act of prayer, purification, and service.
Within the Sukyo Mahikari tradition, Divine Light is understood to help purify the spiritual body, dissolve negative karma and spiritual disturbances, and restore greater harmony in one’s life. As spiritual impurities are cleared, health, prosperity, and happiness are understood to arise more naturally as expressions of living in greater alignment with the Divine.
Whether approached as a sacred spiritual practice, a contemplative experience, or an opportunity for quiet reflection, receiving Divine Light offers a space to slow down, become present, and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace and purpose.

What to Expect
Participants are invited to sit comfortably while I offer Divine Light through prayer.
There is nothing to perform or achieve. Some people spend the time in silent meditation or gratitude, while others simply rest and receive. Each person’s experience is unique.
The Practice

My Relationship to This Practice
I have practiced Sukyo Mahikari for many years and continue to be deeply influenced by its teachings on gratitude, service, spiritual purification, and living in harmony with the Divine.
I offer Divine Light with humility and respect for the lineage, trusting each person to discover their own experience and relationship with the practice.

A Practice of Spiritual Purification
“Purification is not about becoming someone new. It is about clearing what obscures our original relationship with the Divine.”
For me, Sukyo Mahikari complements my broader work by reminding me that transformation begins with the continual purification of the heart, the cultivation of gratitude, and living in right relationship with ourselves, one another, the Earth, and Spirit.
